Terms & Conditions
All quoted prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payments by debit/credit card will be converted by your card issuer at the time of billing.
We cannot guarantee that all the items you order are in stock. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you and arrange a separate delivery if required.
Postage will be charged at a fixed rate of £4.50 for Royal Mail standard delivery. First Class Delivery option is charged at £8.30 and cover also orders despatched outside the UK.
Occasionally despatch may be subject to a slight delay due to stock availability or heavy order volumes. Please contact us before placing your order if you have special requirements for delivery.
It is essential that you supply the correct delivery address and arrange collection within the courier’s time frame.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through unreasonable or unavoidable delay in collection; or from delays caused by your supplying an inaccurate or incomplete address; or your being unavailable to receive delivery.
RETURNS POLICY FOR UK CUSTOMERS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, it can be returned to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All unwanted items must be received by us unopened, in the original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Number and ensure that this number is clearly marked on correspondence enclosed with the return package. We recommend you use recorded delivery, and insurance if necessary, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transition.
If you are returning an order or part of an order due to an error on our part, we will refund any agreed return delivery charges you incur. However, for returns that are not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for all costs involved in its return.
RETURNS POLICY FOR NON-UK CUSTOMERS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us for any reason, please contact us directly and we will advise you how to proceed.
When you place your order online you will receive a confirmation and order number. A confirmation docket will be sent via email when the goods are despatched.
Orders should arrive within a few days of confirmation of despatch depending on your location. Please contact us within 10 days should your order not arrive.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, sizes and formats are correct at the time of going to press and that prices include VAT where applicable. Gaia Natural Health Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
